Victoria Pride Parade
The Victoria Bar Association has registered an entry in the July 8, 2018 Victoria Pride Parade. In registering, the VBA is joining other fringe groups such as the BC Liberal Party, the Victoria Police and the Royal Bank of Canada.
The excitement level is high, and we need volunteers to march and show your pride support. We have (non-mandatory) custom t-shirts for participants, and a large truck complete with PA sound system to announce the “Lawyers with Pride”.

Lawyers Doing Other Things?
Lawyers Doing Other Things?
If you know of a lawyer in Victoria who does interesting things with his or her time outside of work, or if YOU are a lawyer who has a life outside of law, we'd like to hear about it! Do you volunteer for a charitable organization and want to share information about it? Do you play in a band? We are going to be featuring a number of lawyers in upcoming editions The Praecipe, and would love to hear from you.
